| About CustomDancewear.com CustomDancewear.com was founded by Judith Denny-Lybbert in 2003. Judith and her husband, Gene, have a combined 41+ years in the garment industry. After graduating with degrees in Fashion Design from the Fashion Institute of Technology (FIT) and the University of Delaware, she worked in the New York City garment industry. Since relocating with her husband to Marietta, GA, Judith has been teaching Fashion Design courses at American Intercontinental University in Buckhead (AIU).
